The program
Reconovate sends transactional text messages from (888) 301-2563. Messages may include one-time sign-in codes, account invitations, vehicle-recon assignments, repair dispatches, and related status updates. Reconovate does not use this program for third-party marketing.
Consent
You opt in by requesting a sign-in code, accepting an invitation that clearly discloses text messaging, asking Reconovate or a participating dealership to send transactional updates to your number, or texting START to (888) 301-2563. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The person entering another recipient’s number must first obtain that recipient’s permission.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with sign-in activity and active vehicle work. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to opt out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT for help. You may also email support@reconovate.com or call (888) 301-2563. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
